All bookings are to be made through the total drive app. Login details will be sent by Jamie. Future lessons will be populated into the app at the agreed weekly / bi weekly time or within an hour of that time, unless a separate agreement has been made between student and Jamie. Holidays etc
All lessons are to be paid for 3 days before the session. This can either be through the Total Drive app, or directly to Jamie's Bank account. Please note that by booking through the Total Drive app, you incur a fee which is to be paid for by yourself.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hrs before the start time of the lesson by message directly to Jamie, or through Total Drive. If no notice is given and student is not available for lesson, then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged due to short notice cancellations, where the gap is unlikely to be filled by another student.
Accommodations can be made for sicknesses where payment will instead be forwarded to next session providing that notice is given before 8AM on the morning of the lesson.
If a lesson is cancelled by Jamie, then payment for the lesson will be forwarded to the next available session, providing that it is within the next two weeks. If not it will be returned to students account if requested.
